Standing and walking to the beat of the music in low impact traditional aerobics like we used to do in the 80's! With higher impact options available. Easy to follow and repetitive moves. We will change direction, walk forward and back, add arms and move our feet in simple routines. You will enhance your coordination, proprioception and balance as well as raise your heart rate and build strength. No equipment needed, just yourself and plenty of space to move.

A bodydoubling group exercise session led by a qualified HCPC-registered physiotherapist. Your opportunity to ask questions and discuss your exercise programme with a physio and complete your exercise programme live, at your own pace, with other members doing their exercises alongside. The physio will supervise as visibility allows and is able to provide generic advice relating to your form, technique, and any potential modifications, progressions or regressions to your programme. \*UK members only

Movement will include Pilates, Qigong or other fitness type class depending on who is teaching the session. Options available to join from your bed, seated, standing or on the floor. Very relaxed and informal with chatting and movement for the first half hour and chatting over a cuppa for the second half. 1st Saturday of each month there will be a craft session where members share recent projects, or craft whilst talking.

Positions include lying on your front, back and side, four point kneeling and sitting. Alternative options always available. Ending with gentle relaxation to allow your body to replenish some energy. This class involves a social element at the end - option to leave if you prefer. You can do this class on a mat on the floor or on your bed.

A strength based Pilates class using different ways to use resistance e.g. weights, bands, household items and your body weight, to strengthen your muscles and bones as well as focusing on balance and stability. This class is ideal if you want to improve your balance and grow stronger, especially if you have been diagnosed with or want to reduce the chances of osteopenia or osteoporosis. 4th Tuesday each month.

On the Ball

Using a large stability ball (also known as a Swiss ball, gym ball, exercise ball or pregnancy ball) in different positions including sitting, standing, lying down and placing ourselves on and over it in different ways. For those with hypermobility, the ball can provide lots of support and feedback in positions that can otherwise be difficult to control, like back bends for example. 2nd Tuesday each month.
